Prior to that date he was a part time investigator, while a member of the Pima County Sheriff’s Department Fire Investigation Unit. In addition to his 13 years in law enforcement, he previously spent 8 years in the fire service. Bob is a Past President of the Arizona Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators.

Jeffrey Corey (jbcorey@assocfire.com) Certified Fire InvestigatorJeff is an Investigator with the Tucson Fire Department Fire Investigations Unit. He is a part time employee of this firm, conducting investigations outside of the Tucson city limits. Jeff has been employed with the city as a fire investigator since 1980 and is a Past President of the Arizona Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators.

Engineering TechnologistJustin is our new Fire
Engineering Technologist since his recent graduation from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection and Safety Technology. We look forward to Justin's continued assistance with his expertise in fire protection and fire safety issues. While working toward his Certified Fire Investigator designation, his scene work includes evidence identification, processing and preservation. In the office he is a great resource for our research and computer aided drawings.

Robert E. Downer (redowner@assocfire.com) Certified Fire InvestigatorBob has recently joined us after his retirement from a management position with a major U.S. insurance company. In addition to being a Certified Fire Investigator Bob is an expert in insurance bad faith and related matters. His expertise in the fire field has been augmented by his work as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff and a Reserve Firefighter (Fire Investigator). Bob is a past-president of the Arizona Chapter of the IAAI.

Tammie Senn (tmsenn@assocfire.com Office SecretaryTammie will typically be the voice that greets your call and completes most of our office functions. Her background includes a tour of duty in Iraq as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. She is nearing completion of an Associate of Arts degree in Information Technology.

Lois Stevens (lstevens@assocfire.com) Litigation Support Specialist
Lois is our Custodian of Records and as such, is responsible
for setting up, indexing, and maintaining all of our
litigation files. Lois is a Spanish speaker and her
background includes a Masters in Forensic Science from the
University of New Haven. She comes to us from the state of
Oregon.
